Privacy policy
Summary
Ren We Beauty Cabinet does not collect your data.
- No account, no sign-up, no server. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
- No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no advertising ID.
- Data leaves the phone only when you choose to export a backup or share something.
- The app asks for no runtime permissions.
Data the app handles
To work as a beauty collection organizer, the app stores what you type or choose:
- Products: name, brand, category, type, status, size, price you paid, purchase, opening and expiry dates, PAO, amount left, where you bought it, notes, rating, favorites and your “buy again” verdict.
- Usage: the dates you logged a use or completed a routine.
- Routines: names, steps and step notes.
- Diary: dated notes and, if you add them, photos.
- Settings: currency and display thresholds.
The app does not ask for or process your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers or payment details. Prices are your own notes; the app has no payments of any kind.
The app is an organizer, not a medical or cosmetic service. Your notes and photos are a personal log and are never analysed.
Stored on your device
All of the data above is kept in the app’s private storage on your phone. Photos are chosen with the Android system photo picker — the app receives only the images you pick — and a copy is saved in the app’s private folder. Android cloud auto-backup is turned off for this app, so your data is not uploaded to a Google Drive backup automatically.
When data leaves the device
Only when you do it yourself:
- Export backup creates a file with your products, routines, diary text and settings (photos are not included) and hands it to the Android share sheet. You pick where it goes — for example your own cloud drive or email. That service’s privacy terms then apply.
- Share sends text you choose (a product card, a routine, your collection list or purchase history) to the app you select.
- Links in the app open this privacy policy in your browser or start an email to support in your mail app.
We never receive any of this data unless you email it to us.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party services that collect data — no analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting or social SDKs. It is built with open-source libraries (React Native, Expo and related modules) that run entirely on your device.

Keeping and deleting data
Your data stays on your phone until you delete it. You can delete a single product, routine or diary entry, or everything at once in Settings → Delete all data, which also removes the saved photos. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from the phone. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on a server; if you have questions, write to us and we will explain how to remove your data.
Children
Ren We Beauty Cabinet is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and its fonts are served from the site itself. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
